CURA has enabled Lucara Botswana to transition into a systemic state of ERM maturity. We are only 12 months into our adoption of CURA, but are yielding a better appreciation of risk by our Executive Management, Senior Management and Risk Champion across the organisation. We know the next 18 months will move us into a more Risk Intelligent team. The dashboards, heatmaps and detailed risk registers are shared and discussed at a Board Level and allows the Board to have a snapshot of our risk appetite and focus.
